This symbol is also known as Tri Shakti Symbol since it is a combination of three most powerful symbols known as Trishul or Trident, Om and Swastik. In India, the three most auspicious signs are those of " SWASTIK - OM and TRISHUL ". Hence, if all these three signs are displayed together on the out side of the main door of any House, Office, Business Premises, Godown, Factory or a Workshop, then it is supposed to be very Lucky and also protects the people living or working inside the premises from all types of Negativity, Evil Energies, Evil Eye as well as from all sort of Problems and Troubles. This sign of "TRI SHAKTI" can also be kept in the purse, briefcase etc. with very good results.

The symbol Om is representative of Lord Ganesha who is also known as Vighnaharta which means Remover of all kinds of obstacles. In Om, the upper arc is said to be the face of Lord Ganesha. The lower arc is his belly. The twisted arc which is on the right side of the Om is his trunk. Thus, Omkara represents the complete physical form of Lord Ganesha. Hence, this symbol provides a very auspicious positive energy at any place where it is displayed and any person who lives or works at such a place where an OM symbol is displayed is able to succeed by the blessings of Lord Ganesha.
